Pasta sauce with Gorgonzola and walnuts
|Walnuts or different nuts||to your liking|
|Milk / Cream||Enought to make it creamy|
|Salt and pepper|
Use 75 gram gorgonzola per 100 gram of pasta and add enough milk or cream to make the sauce creamy but not watery.
Put the milk in a pan and break the gorgonzola in small pieces, let in melt on low fire until creamy and add salt and pepper.
Chop the walnuts or if you prefer, different nuts into small pieces and add to the sauce.
